"Requires work, but well worth the money

I've been following the exercise techniques used in Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle, which are really easy to do from home, but still require a fair bit of will power. It's not easy when you've been working all day and then you have to come home and do these exercises. But they're quite simple, so I just do them in front of the TV for about 20 mins a night. I've also been using the eating plans in this book and I have to say I'm surprised at the results. It took about 2-3 weeks for me to see the results, but now I feel healthier and happier and I've lost a fair bit of weight around my stomach, buttocks, and my double chin is noticeably smaller. "Best thing I ever did was buy this book

I have tried all kinds of diets, Weight Watchers, Mayo Clinic Diet, Atkins Diet, the 3-day diet, and I would always lose about 5-8 pounds but then could never lose any more, so I would just go off of them and gain back the weight, plus more. At first I put off buying Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle because it was an e-book. I didn't like the fact that it never came already printed out with a cover. Finally I did end up buying it and it was the best thing I could have ever done to improve myself! I like Tom's simple, straight-forward but scientific approach to losing fat while preserving your muscle. I steadily lost a pound a week with only a couple of plateaus, and in 6 months I had lost 18 pounds without losing any lean body mass. I definitely like eating every 3 hours, too.
