Not to start my review to bash Dream Marriage so I will start with the positive! Ease of use, you can view and search for profiles and contact is very easy.
Now the downside once you have joined when you log in you will be attacked by the girls wanting to chat, I can say this is a nice feature but very very costly one, especially if you do the video chat.
I can confirm the women on the site are real and have met about 5 in person, all very close to their pictures but of course the pictures on the site are done by pro's so always know they are going be nice photos.
What I have found is some of the girls on the site are not completely serious about finding their match and have been told by a few that they use the chat function to just learn English and are not interested in meeting anyone. I have also found that some of the girls on the site and just in general are looking for guys to come to town and take them out to very expensive dinners. I can understand this as some of them are very very poor, so if you don't mind this then you should not mind as they will be fun and entertaining but most likely it is not going anywhere but trust me they will keep on hanging around until you get tired of paying their way.
Ok, here is something of interest when chatting with the girls you will find that they will do anything to keep you online, not sure why but they will keep the conversation going. I did have lunch with one of the girls today, and she received a call from her boss asking where she was, she mentioned she was having lunch with me and all was OK. She did tell me that she had to go to work after we finished at about 4 which is about the time she always had to go to work. I get home from meeting log on to Dream Marriage and guess who is online, my lunch date. Please know this is speculation on my part but it seemed odd, so be careful. I do think the girls are required to be online at certain times as I have found out from my dates with them as well I am wondering if they are rewarded or compensated in some way, I guess time will only tell as any dirt starts to come out.
Now onto customer service, they boast on their site that all questions will be answered within 24 hours if not sooner. I had been double billed a few times emailed to see about having it removed and nothing. I waited a week and submitted a second question to them via email but this time a little harsher, it has been 2 days and nothing. I think you get my point here, that so far the customer services is terrible.
So over all I would approach this site with extreme care as it could be a scam of some sort. I am not sure how as the girls are really interested getting to know you but I am not sure if their motivation is fueled by a little money on the side.
I am sure you can find some girls on the site that are really interested in you but to test the waters, just see if they are interested in sending you an email. They will tell you I much rather chat as it is so much better but you will find that will add up really quick, so once again be careful.
To to sum it all up, nice site with lots of pretty girls and I can confirm the 5 that I have met are very nice and pretty. But not sure if is completely legit. If you like the attention of a beautiful women chatting you up, then go for it. But if you have real attentions, I would look to some of the other sites out there.

Hello. I am Ishah Bashal, the Customer Service Manager of Dream-Marriage.com. We operate a legitimate business providing legitimate services. The owners of Dream-Marriage.com are a Russian-American couple who have built this business from the ground up with the sincere desire to help others find love and happiness. Truthfully, we are still growing. And as we grow, we rise to meet the challenges that occur to serve our expanding client base. Nevertheless, the owners and all of the employees are driven by the sincere desire to serve our clients in their quest to find, meet and marry the Russian lady of their choice.
The ladies on our site are real members, and are seeking to find their partner without ulterior motives. Most of the ladies on our site have confirmed profiles. This means our local representative interviewed them and confirmed their identities using either the ladies passports, background checks, etc. This means our clients are communicating with the lady he sees on the profile and she is well aware that she is communicating with him.
As a Customer Service Manager, sometimes I have to look at what is not said in addition to what is said to get a clearer understanding of the whole picture. Therefore, it is peculiar that the client wrote to Customer Service on two separate occasions concerning a refund for a double charge but didn't find it convenient to write to us and inform us that he believed some of our lady members may have been getting paid for using our services. Neither did he think it was important to let us know that some of the ladies have admitted to not really being serious members of our site. Any client experiencing these issues would have demanded a full refund or at least an explanation from us, especially after he spent thousands of dollars on a flight to Ukraine . Yet the client never stated where he addressed these concerns with us concerning these issues. Moreover, the client hasn't even bothered to leave his name so we could write a proper rebuttal after reviewing his account.
There are two sides to every story and it is unfortunate that we can't investigate the matter and provide more precise answers. However, to speculate about the lady who went to her agency after their lunch date – it is possible that she cut her time with him short because after meeting with him, she was no longer interested. She could have told him she was returning to work and instead, went to her agency. To divert a bit, although our male clients invest time and finances into meeting and dating our female clients, it doesn't mean the ladies do not have a say-so in who they choose to be with. And sometimes, just like any woman or man would do who doesn't want to be frank and forthcoming when it is time to end a relationship, they will give a round-about answer instead of the straight out truth. Not that we condone any type of dishonesty, I am just trying to relay what actually happens at times. And because of the emotional duress involved with dating and the investment that is involved in using a marriage agency, we (as in the dating/marriage agency) are to blame in the eyes of the client when things don't work out with the lady. In all actuality, the truth of the matter is that we have not scammed the client and had nothing to do with the relationship not working out. What must be remembered is that this is still dating. Members can purchase our services we provide as tools to enable them to find a Russian/Ukrainian bride, but we can not guarantee a bride.
So the answers we can provide are these: Had the client have written to us before posting this message, the issue would've been researched, investigated and resolved. Had we have found that his accusations were true, we would no longer be working with the local agencies that are scamming or committing fraud. We do NOT tolerate scams or fraud in any way whatsoever. There is no smoke and mirrors or any con game we're playing with our clients. We DO NOT scam or fraud our clients in any way, neither do we tolerate any scam activity on our site. We take full responsibility for our site and for our clients. We stand behind the legitimacy of our company because we are an honest company. And there aren't any ulterior motives behind our operation. Believe it or not, many of our lady clients are suspicious, too. They are suspicious that the man is lying and will never come see the lady. They are suspicious that the man is not disclosing his proper identity. They are suspicious that men are lying to them and are really not serious about them. With all that said, the cultural differences between the male and female members, the language barrier and/or a variety of things may further arouse the suspicion for both our male and female clients. So we are here for our clients every step of the way, 100% of the time. We answer questions and we resolve issues.
Yet concerning this post, it really sounds as though most of the story has been left out to manipulate You, the audience, into believing what he'd like you to believe. If he sincerely believed he was scammed or was truly suspicious, he would've contacted us and made sure those ladies were removed from using our services. If he believed we were privy to the scam, he would have demanded a refund in full. This story is bogus and more than likely was written because the client was not satisfied with his trip and thought he would take it out on us. More than that, the client more than likely didn't even request our help when planning his trip. In which case, we wouldn't have known he was in Ukraine and would have had no idea how to assist him while on his trip.
As for Customer Service, we ask for a 24-48 hour turnaround time. If an explanation or resolution will take longer, we will write the client and let them know we will be back with them ASAP. This is how it works, period. No one falls through the cracks. However, there are some possible reasons why clients may not receive our emails, i.e. they are sent to Junk or Bulk mail folder or deleted by the clients ISP or email provider. This is why communication is dire, because had the client have written to us and explained he did not receive our email, we would have written him from another email address and provided all of our prior communication to him.
We are a legitimate company and we provide our clients with a very real opportunity to find, meet and marry a Russian/Ukrainian bride. We are passionate about the happiness of our clients and will do all we can, within reason, to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
